Your appointment is booked exclusively for you and your dog.
A $100 deposit is required.
If you re-schedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or are not at home and ready when I arrive, I will retain your entire $100 deposit. To book a new appointment, you will to need to pay the deposit again.
If you cancel or re-schedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, I will apply your entire $100 deposit to your re-scheduled training session, or refund $100 to you if you cancel completely.
