Your appointment is booked exclusively for you and your dog.
A $100 deposit is required.
Please Note- You may re-schedule your date and time appointment one time outside of 24 hrs. If it’s less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and you need to reschedule, you could loose your $100 deposit. If you are not at home and ready when I arrive, then you will lose your $100 deposit.
You may cancel an appointment and receive a full refund prior to 3 days before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 3 days before your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
You may change the starting time of my arrival at any time on or before your scheduled training day for any starting hour of your choosing, for unexpected things coming up.
